Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AintMail. By creating an account or connecting an inbox you accept them.

The service

AintMail reads the inboxes you connect, read-only, and tells you who is waiting on a reply and who you are waiting on. Its decisions are suggestions: you stay responsible for your own email, deadlines and replies.

Access

AintMail is invite-only for now. Signing in holds your place on the waitlist; we let people in gradually and may limit which features are available to whom.

Your account

Things we do when you ask

Google and Microsoft

Connecting an inbox also means using Google's or Microsoft's services under their terms. You can revoke AintMail's access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.

Plans and payment

Free plans are free. Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your profile; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.

Your data

Your email stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can download or delete your data at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AintMail running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or end features; if we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AintMail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed reply or deadline, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
